ASDinPreschool Project Partners Meet in Valencia for Transnational Meeting

Partners of the ASDinPreschool project gathered in Valencia on January 27–28, 2026, for a Transnational Project Meeting dedicated to evaluating progress, strengthening coordination, and aligning the next phases of implementation. The meeting provided a structured forum for consortium members to review achievements, address operational priorities, and ensure the project remains on track toward its objectives.

Proceedings opened with a comprehensive project overview, followed by detailed discussions on project management, including timeline monitoring, work planning, and risk assessment. Financial management considerations were also addressed to confirm administrative alignment across the partnership. Particular attention was given to quality assurance processes, reinforcing the consortium’s commitment to methodological rigor and consistency throughout all stages of development.

A central focus of the meeting was the advancement of key work packages, especially material development and the piloting activities in schools. Partners exchanged updates, shared practical insights, and examined emerging findings from implementation efforts. These discussions supported cross-partner learning and facilitated a cohesive approach to refining project outputs.

A notable highlight of the gathering was a visit to the VET and Care Center, where participants observed practical applications of support systems and engaged with real-world operational contexts relevant to the project’s scope. The visit enabled partners to connect conceptual frameworks with practice-based perspectives, enriching the collaborative dialogue.

The dissemination strategy formed another important component of the meeting. Learning Edge presented the project’s dissemination plan, outlining mechanisms to maximize visibility, stakeholder engagement, and the broader impact of project outcomes. The presentation prompted constructive exchanges on communication channels, target audiences, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

The meeting concluded with the establishment of a clear roadmap of next steps, defined responsibilities, and confirmed deadlines. Beyond the formal sessions, the event also fostered partnership cohesion through informal interactions, including a social dinner celebrating the consortium’s collaborative progress and shared commitment.
